Hi, I'm Rachel Mayew, a Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner based in Niceville, FL who serves clients through my online practice, Well Rooted, LLC.
Through deep listening, I encourage clients to share their lived experiences so I may understand what it's like living with their symptoms day to day; something there isn't often time for in most healthcare settings. Taking sufficient time to learn about what you're experiencing in the day to day, combined with the functional perspective I use to evaluate your lab results and the patterns you report, births a truly individualized protocol that guides you toward reclaiming your power in all aspects. What areas of life could you stand to have more power and confidence?Book a free call to see how I can help you specifically.

30-Minute Interim Care for Adults and Children
Practical, educational guidance for new symptoms, ongoing concerns, or when you want to explore natural wellness options before your next medical visit.
This focused 30-minute session is guided by insights gathered from your intake form so we can spend our time together highlighting the most relevant patterns and supportive options, which may include herbs, nutrition, supplements and/or simple lifestyle practices.
45-Minute Functional Lab Review
This session offers a holistic, functional perspective on recent laboratory results (drawn within the past three months). It is especially helpful when questions remain after your medical review.
Conventional medical review is designed to determine the presence or absence of diagnosable disease. A functional review, by contrast, explores patterns within your labs that may reflect stress, imbalance, or sub-optimal function — even when values fall within standard reference ranges.
Together we explore how these patterns may relate to your lived experience and discuss supportive strategies rooted in nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle practices.
90- & 60-Minute Holistic Wellness Consultations
These deeper sessions allow us to thoughtfully explore your health concerns, history, and current patterns.
Your first consultation is 90 minutes, giving us time to get to know one another and to help me understand your day-to-day symptoms and lived experience.
Together we will identify supportive strategies that may include herbs, nutrition, supplements, flower essences, and lifestyle practices tailored to your needs.
After the initial consultation, many clients choose to schedule 60-minute follow-up sessions every few weeks for three to six months as we track progress, reduce symptoms, and support your body in returning to a more steady and energized state.
Split payment plans are available for these more comprehensive sessions.
45-Minute Flower Essence & Tapping Session
A gentle, heart-centered session offering emotional support, clarity, and renewal through flower essences and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping).
This space is designed to softly calm the nervous system, bring awareness to needed shifts, and support deeper healing of patterns in thought, emotion, and behavior so growth and flourishing can unfold.
Sessions are guided by Rachel Mayew, Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, who works with clients to explore thoughtful, sustainable approaches to wellness which will pull from the following modalities of care.
Herbs offer gentle yet powerful ways to support the body’s natural processes. As a clinical herbalist, Rachel helps clients choose herbs that align with their constitution, current symptoms, and long-term wellness goals. Guidance may include teas, tinctures, or other traditional preparations that can be safely integrated into daily life alongside any current medications you may be taking.
NUTRITION
Food is one of the most consistent ways we communicate with the body. Rather than rigid rules or restrictive plans, nutrition guidance focuses on helping you better understand what your body needs for energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements can sometimes help fill gaps or offer targeted support when the body is under stress. Together we review what you’re currently taking and explore whether additional nutrients may be helpful while keeping your overall wellness picture in mind.
Flower Essences
Flower essences work on a more subtle level, supporting emotional balance, personal growth, and the gentle release of limiting patterns. These remedies are often used when stress, life transitions, or emotional patterns are influencing physical well-being.
Lifestyle Practices
Daily rhythms, rest, stress, movement, and environment all influence health. Small, thoughtful adjustments in these areas often create meaningful change over time. Lifestyle guidance helps you build supportive habits that fit realistically into your life.
Each offering above provides a different way to receive support. Underneath them all is the same guiding philosophy.
Care at Well Rooted Coaching is guided by education, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you feel confident in your wellness choices. While sessions are focused on your personal goals and health concerns, they are also rooted in a larger philosophy of sustainable, whole-person care.
